Who we are

Inspire Admissions ("we", "us") guides prospective students through UK university applications. For the personal data described here, we are the data controller. Contact: info@inspireadmissions.co.uk.

What we collect

When you send our enquiry form, book a call, or contact us on WhatsApp or email, we collect: your name, WhatsApp or phone number, where you live, what you want to study and when, and anything you choose to write in your message. Your email address is optional.

As your enquiry progresses we may also collect details you share with us for your application, such as qualifications and English test results.

We do not collect payment details. We never charge students.

Why, and our lawful basis

We use your data to assess your study profile, respond to your enquiry, and, with your consent, pass it to the application partner that will submit your university application.

If you send the enquiry form, our lawful basis under UK GDPR is your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), given via the consent checkbox. If you contact us directly on WhatsApp, email or by booking a call, we rely on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) to reply and assess your enquiry, and we still ask for your consent before sharing your details with an application partner.

You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Who we share it with

We share your data with the application partner that will submit your university application: an established UK education agency. We tell you who they are before anything is shared, and they will contact you directly about your application.

We also use HubSpot, our customer management system, to store and manage enquiries, Calendly if you book a call through our site, and privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics from our hosting provider that do not identify individuals. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

If your enquiry does not proceed, we delete your data within 12 months of our last contact. If you become an applicant, we keep records for up to 2 years after the application cycle ends, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, or withdraw consent, at any time: info@inspireadmissions.co.uk.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to resolve it first.
